This Policy describes what data MAX ATTN CAPITAL LTD (hereinafter “we”) receives from users of the website twidy.space, for what purposes, and how we use and protect it.

- Email address — provided by Google Pay at checkout; required to send you course access and your receipt.
- Order data — the selected plan, amount, date, and order number.
- Payment method information — only the card type and the last 4 digits, as provided by Google Pay. We do not receive or store the full card number, expiration date, or CVC.
- Technical data — IP address and browser information in server logs, for security purposes.
2. Purposes of Processing
- performance of the agreement: providing course access and sending purchase emails;
- user support and handling refund requests;
- compliance with accounting and tax legislation;
- fraud prevention.
We do not use your data for marketing emails without your separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.
3. Payments via Google Pay
Payment data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Payments Privacy Notice. We receive from Google only an encrypted payment token, which is passed to the payment service provider to process the transaction.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Data may be disclosed only to services necessary for the provision of our services: the payment service provider, the email delivery service, and the hosting provider. All of them are required to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
5. Storage and Protection
Order data is retained for the period established by law for accounting records. Data transmitted between your browser and the website is protected by the HTTPS protocol, and access to the data is restricted.
6. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies and the browser’s local storage. The Google Pay service may set its own cookies to operate the payment form.
7. Your Rights
You may request information about the data we hold, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent to processing by writing to support@twidy.space. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
